WordPress is successful due to its large base of users and thousands of plugins available which makes life very easy. Where you are new to WordPress or aware of it, you can build a website using WordPress in a very short time thanks to the readymade plugins available for most of the features commonly used nowadays in websites.

There are some utility plugins that exist and I often use these plugins in development.

Duplicate Title Checker

WordPress allows entering the same title for multiple posts. Sometimes we already used a title and we are not aware of that when we create another post with the same name, WordPress by default is not providing an alert that this title is already used. The benefit of default functionality is that WordPress allows multiple posts with the same title and automatically generates unique URLs for duplicate posts which is very helpful.

but what if we need that each post should have a unique post title and there are a huge number of posts already created?

In this case, this plugin can be used to check the title we are using for a new post is unique or not. Right now this plugin is only for posts but with minor modification, it can be used with custom post types and pages. Although this plugin allows creating of multiple posts with the same title as it just provides an alert that the title used is not unique

WP Donate provides a payment form and recent donor widget by utilizing Authorize.net.
